With a proven track record, I've successfully overseen planning, procurement, production, and logistics activities to meet and surpass business objectives. My expertise lies in formulating and executing highly effective replenishment and distribution strategies, driving cost savings, improving delivery times, and implementing process improvements.
My proficiency extends to various aspects of the business, where I excel at assessing operations to develop strategies that eliminate inefficiencies and reduce costs. I collaborate with external partners to make data-driven decisions, ensuring optimum inventory levels.
My areas of expertise encompass material and demand planning, inventory management, multisite operations, strategic planning, warehouse optimization, internal and external auditing, lean manufacturing, shipping and receiving, budgeting and forecasting, program development, team leadership and training, customer relations, vendor management, effective communication, and creative problem-solving.
In my professional journey, I've deployed and leveraged NetSuite as a super user, maintaining master data and item records, preparing work orders, re-evaluating inventory costs, developing Bills of Materials (BOMs), and establishing forms for CSV imports. I've introduced advanced scheduling procedures and implemented master data files to optimize project delivery, ensuring accurate data management.
Additionally, I've played a key role in revising Quality Management Systems (QMS), policies, procedures, forms, and work instructions, while maintaining document control for compliance and efficiency. My commitment to tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) has provided invaluable insights into sales, purchasing, receiving, shipping, quality management, and order fulfillment rates.
I've also had the privilege of leading AS9100D/ISO9001:2015 audits, further underscoring my dedication to maintaining high compliance standards.
My passion for identifying areas for improvement and formulating effective solutions drives my career. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Management of Technology, along with certifications in Lean Leadership, AS9100D/ISO9001:2015 Standard and Auditing, and Data Analytics.
